Shipping:

Please allow 7 business days to process your order as we have had a very high volume of orders. If you need your order rushed, please email us at info@grafltd.com.

We ship orders via UPS , Fedex and USPS. All items are shipped FULLY INSURED. Shipping rates are generated using the current UPS shipping rate schedule. Orders are shipped signature required in most cases.

In certain cases, Graf Limited reserves the right to substitute shipping with USPS Priority or Express Mail, UPS or FedEx.

International Orders:

We currently DO NOT accept international orders. This policy may change so check back.

Returns:

You may return non-defective items within 7 days of purchase . (less shipping charges and 10% restocking fee) If you took advantage of a “free” shipping offer you will be charged $7.95 (minimum) or actual shipping + 10% restocking fee ALL returns.

If you received free shipping, a $7.95 minimum or actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund. All non-defective returns and cancellations are subject to a 10% Restocking fee . Mail-in orders paid by check or money order are not subject to the 10% fee if returned within 7 days. There will be no refunds after 30 days. There will be no returns after 30 days. If you return an item to us after 30 days we will charge a 25% restocking fee regardless of the circumstances.

To receive any refund , all exchanged /returned merchandise must be in 100% original factory condition, including all packaging materials and inserts. Merchandise must be in its original box with no writing on any of the materials included with the item. Merchandise must be shipped in a shipping box. You are responsible for any shipping charges to return the item to us. Previous notification of missing items BEFORE returning and item is required Merchandise that is returned with missing or damaged items will be returned to the customer.

To expedite your return, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us by contacting us at info@grafltd.com before returning your item. All returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. There will be no refunds after 30 days. If you return an Item to us after 30 days we will charge a 25% restocking fee regardless of the circumstances. Items returned without an RMA will be subject to a 20% restocking fee regardless of the circumstances. RMA’s must be clearly marked on the shipping box. We are not responsible for any returns lost by the shipping company, it is your responsibility to insure and track the package.

Exchanges for equal or greater value items are subject to the discretion of Graf Limited.
